The starter valve is a component that plays a central role in the starting process in the Keihin CV carburetor system.
It regulates the starting range of the fuel-air mixture, assists in starting the engine, and ensures a stable start.
For Keihin CV carburetors, type with starter valve located under the starter cover on the left side of the carburetor housing.
Suitable for Harley Davidson Softail 1990-2000, Dyna 1990-1999, Touring 1990-2000, Sporster 1988-2006 with CV carburetor.
Replaces OEM 27583-88.
