Most Harley-Davidson® models come with a rubber mounted handlebar fixing between fork and risers. As a result vibrations will be smoother but the handling of the bike can be bad – even if in combination with high or wide handlebars. For a more precise motorcycle control and direct steering you can swap the rubber parts for the Dock66 solid mounting kit. This kit can easily be installed in a short time.
The kit fits all Harley-Davidson® models with rubber mounted risers from 1973 exept for touring models with five speed or six speed. The bushes are made of solid steel. Weight is about 225 g.
